It is a pleasure to introduce the new version of the Iron DJ platform. It definitely has some new perks that should get any music fan aroused. Let me break it down for you….
Media Types
Mixes are now referred to as media. We realized that people are going to post many different types of audio media on the site. While Iron DJ is a competition, the Iron DJ platform serves as both a resource and a battle venue.
Initially we are giving yall these types to fuck with…
- Original Track
- Remix
- Mini Mix (Under 20min)
- Mix/Demo Tape
- Acappella
New Media Fields
We also added an artist field for all your re-posters. If there is an artist it will overwrite the account owners name on the roll and embed. Leave it blank if you are the creator and your name will show respectively.
You can also now tag you media. Please send tag requests to feedback@irondj.net
Search
There is now an improved search! It allows you to search by title! Maybe if you are lucky some day you will be able to search by artists or even track lists. It is nice to have something to look forward to.
