PART ONE: DEADMAU5

It seems like I have waited forever for the chance to see Deadmau5, and it was worth every penny. While his set only lasted 90 minutes, it was full of energy and a capacity crowd was going absolutely nuts. Highlights included a fast paced take on “Sometimes Things Get Whatever,” “The Reward is Cheese,” and crowd favorite Arguru. However nothing compared to the reaction he got from his new single, I Remember feat. Kaskade (+ Haley Gibby) Everyone in the building was going nuts, and Ms. Gibby’s voice seemed to memorize the crowd, though that is common at these types of events. This is one show that I will never forget. Look out for more pictures in the coming days, as well as recaps of sets by The Toxic Avenger, Felix Cartal, Sander Van Doorn, Ferry Corsten & the legendary Paul Van Dyk, who’s two hour closing set really killed it.
